BService Staffing Policy
Staff Levels
BService staff can be either global or local.
Within each of those two categories, a person can be at any of five levels:
helper, member, senior member, co-administrator, or administrator.
A local position is one that a person holds on one of the nets that BService
services, whereas a global position applies to all nets that we service. Thus,
for example, a person could simultaneously be a local member on MilleniaNet, a
local senior member on Dalnet, and a global helper.
Every local administrator must be at least a global member.
