Staff Appointments and
Promotions
Global Staff Appointments
- Appointment to the position of global administrator is by unanimous
agreement of all the global administrators.
- Appointment or promotion to any other global position is by agreement of
at least three global staff; at least two of which are global administrators.
- Demotion of a global administrator is by unanimous agreement of the other
global administrators.
- Demotion of a global Co-Administrator, or other staff, can be done by a
single Global Administrator
- A single global co-administrator or a single global administrator can do
any other global demotion.
Local Staff Appointments
- Local appointments and demotions below the level of local administrator
are at the discretion of the local administrator.
- A local administrator can be appointed by the agreement of any two global
staff each of who is either a global co-administrator or a global
administrator.
- Local Administrators must be at least a Global Member
Perks of Promotion
- Persons achieving local helper status will be added to the
bservice@bservice.org address
- Persons achieving global member status can be assigned a local
administrator status on a network
- Persons achieving Local Administrator status can hire staff as outlined in
the staffing guidelines
- Persons achieving Local Administrator status will receive a <their
nick>@bservice.org email address
- Persons achieving Senior Member status will receive a <their
nick>@bserivce.org email address, regardless if they are assigned a network
or not
